Rupert was so kind to me today when I accidentally spilt my coffee over the table and floor. He mopped up and wiped up cheerfully and without fuss, then - to my surprise - brought me a replacement coffee. Thanks Rupert!! Hope you see this.
I rarely visit the mall just to visit the games store, only found out that it has closed up and moved out somewhere, i don't know where to find one in patchway. City Centre too far for me to travel by bus. ...
Served by Rhys I believe. He had a lot on his hands yet I had my order within a minute. And still delivering service with a smile. Almost felt like they had my order before I even ordered
Mid afternoon on a Thursday: not too busy, so was able to get served quickly and get a seat. Most tables cleared quickly by waiting staff, so no complaints this time... This Costa 'overhangs' the lower floor, so dont sit at one of the side tables if you dont like heights... or low-flying Red Arrows!!!
Rhys went above and beyond after I told him my son had a severe peanut allergy, he checked the allergy folder thoroughly then personally washed everything needed to make my son's chocolate fudge frappe. I cannot praise him enough! As a parent it's so scary eating or drinking out and making sure whatever he has is safe so when staff like Rhys go that extra mile it really does mean alot so thankyou Rhys he deserves a pay rise ha
Great Costa cafe! I have visited on several occasions, and the experience was always positive. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are very polite and helpful as well. The coffee is of great quality and the prices are as reasonable as at every other Costa cafe. Thank you
This a well used and popular Costa coffee shop. I had the coffee only but a wide range of sandwiches from M & S and snacks. It's the only with red arrows model planes doing a fly past.
